Digicall's Cool Options

Add A Line
Add multiple phone numbers to your Digicall account because we give you the flexibility you demand. As your needs grow, we grow with you. When you add multiple phone numbers to your account, you’ll see all of your calls on one bill.

Digicall doesn’t limit the number of phone numbers on your account, but your broadband Internet connection will dedicate 24 - 64 Kbps of available bandwidth for each phone that’s in use at the same time.

Ordering more phone numbers is easy. Once your Digicall account is established, you can add more phone numbers by:
1. Login to your web account.
2. Select the “Billing” section.
3. Click on the link “Add Additional Line”.
4. Choose the area code and region where you want a phone number assigned.
5. You’ll have the option of acquiring additional Phone Adapters, combination telephone/adapters or adding lines to equipment you already have. We can ship the new equipment anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Managing multiple phone lines is easy with Digicall. There is no limit to the combination of plans each phone number can be assigned to, and have as many lines as you need on any Digicall account.

Virtual Phone Number
Get dedicated phone numbers outside of your area code or country for just $3.49 per month.

A Virtual Phone Number is a way for people outside your local calling area to call you for the price of a local call if you choose a virtual phone number in their local calling area. Whether they're across the country or across the globe, your family and friends can call you like you're right next door.

How Does It Work?
Digicall Virtual Numbers are for incoming calls ONLY, so they ring to your primary Digicall line. This transfer is just as fast and seamless as any other Digicall phone call. Just like email addresses on one account, you can have as many Virtual Numbers as you like, and they're activated immediately.

For example:
Let's say that you live in New York where your Digicall primary number has area code 718. Your mom lives in Florida. Her area code is 561. You could get a virtual phone number in area code 561 that rings to your 718-phone number. Now mom doesn't have to pay long distance charges when she calls you.

Virtual Numbers are only available to Digicall account holders.

Business users love them too. Imagine having business cards with New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles satellite office numbers for $3.49 per month each. Now local clients can dial you without dialing long distance. You get the local presence without the expensive overhead.

Sign Up Online
Expanding your borders is easy. Sign up for a Virtual Number through your Web Account online. Just click on Add a "Virtual Number" from the "Features" link and pick the area code of your choice from the selections available.
