Voicemail
Now voicemail goes beyond your phone. Digicall
Voicemail provides total control over your voicemail by phone, web
or email allowing you to stay on top of your message. Digicall
Voicemail allows you to:
1. Play Back Your Messages Online & by Email - Now you can
check your voicemails without checking your phone. Access your
voicemails through your Web Account and even play them back through
your computer. We can also send you an email notifying you every
time you receive voicemail and attach the actual message. You'll be
able to forward voicemails to others as an email attachment or even
save them to your PC's hard drive. Most of the popular media player
formats are supported.
2. Access Your Voicemail Box From Anywhere -
You can check your voicemail from any computer with Internet access
by logging into your Web Account. 3. Customize
Your Voicemail Controls - Turns these features on or off anytime
you want. Activate email notification at the touch of a button.
Record Scheduled Greetings for different hours of the day and
different days of the year. Choose a new PIN for voicemail access

Caller ID with Name
Know who is calling before you take the call.
1. Displays Name and Number of Incoming Callers.
You can tell who's calling you before you answer the phone. Digicall
Caller ID with Name will show you the name and phone number of your
incoming caller on your Caller ID with Name device whenever it is
available. It's compatible with any Caller ID with Name-enabled
touch-tone phone or device. It's an excellent way to manage your
incoming calls.
2. Caller ID with Name is Free with every Digicall Account.
Digicall Caller ID with Name comes with great free extras. The
caller's identity is displayed right in the subject line of any
email that you receive when you activate Voicemail Notification by
Email. You can also see the caller's name in your web account by
moving your mouse over the call record.
3. Works with any Caller ID with Name enabled touch-tone phone or
device.
It also works with Call Waiting, displaying the new caller's
identity when you hear the Call Waiting tones. See Caller ID with
Name information in your Online Web Account and Voicemail
notification emails.
4. Automatically activated with your account.
Unlike many other providers, we don't charge for Caller ID with

Auto Attendant
Digicall Auto Attendant is a Voice Response Unit which
answers a company's phone and performs the duties of an
operator/receptionist: transferring calls to extensions within the
company phone system, screening calls, and offering the caller
directory assistance to the proper extension.
A typical auto attendant will answer the phone with a prerecorded
greeting message like: "Hello, thank you for calling Digicall. If
you know your party’s extension, dial it now. For sales, press 1.
For technical support, press 2 ... or wait for transfer to an
operator".
Digicall Auto Attendant supports an advanced menu management system
to enable an unlimited, multi-tree interactive voice response system
for all subscribers. Digicall Auto Attendant is fully programmable
and supports a large variety of system action types, allowing highly
flexible selection handling. The voice menu files are fully
customizable, and may be stored locally on the server.
An intuitive, feature-rich GUI allows users to create their own
system in a matter of minutes. <

Call Waiting
Never miss a phone call again. Digicall Call
Waiting allows you to accept an incoming call while you’re already
on a phone call. This feature places your first call on hold while
you answer the second incoming call.
1. While you’re on the phone, a beep tone alerts you to another
incoming call. If available, Caller ID for the new phone call also
displays on your Caller ID with Name device.
2. If you want to take the new incoming call, press the flash button
or switch hook on your phone to answer the new call and again to
switch between the calls.
3. Disable Call Waiting two ways:
4. Use your Digicall online web account to activate/deactivate Call
Waiting for all calls.
5. Press *70 before you dial the number to disable Call Waiting
while you make a single call. Call Waiting will be disabled until
you complete the phone call.

Call Forwarding
Now your calls can follow you to any number you want.
Digicall Call Forwarding is included with every Digicall calling
plan. Now you can send incoming calls to any phone number you
choose. Digicall Call Forwarding is packed with powerful features
like:

Forward to any number in the US and Canada

Control the number of times your Digicall phone
rings before forwarding to another number

Control how long Call Forwarding attempts to
ring a destination number

Control which voicemail picks up the forwarded
call if you have more than one voicemail system
To activate Call Forwarding, use our online Web
Account to choose where you want the forwarded numbers to ring.
Custom design Call Forwarding to set the number of seconds to try
the number and set whether or not you want your call to bounce back
to Digicall voicemail.
To deactivate Call Forwarding, use the online web account and simply
turn Call Forwarding off.
Call Forwarding is free with every Digicall number.

3-Way
Calling
Digicall 3-Way Calling allows you to connect 3 parties anywhere
on earth.
With Digicall 3-Way Calling, you can connect with
two other parties at the same time, so the three of you can talk at
once. Digicall proves that 3-Way Calling doesn’t have to be
complicated or cost extra money. It’s just one of the many reasons
to be a Digicall customer.
Setting up a 3-Way Call is simple.
1. Dial your first party as you normally would.
2. Once connected, press the Flash button or switch hook on your
phone and dial the second party.
3. After the second party is connected, press the Flash button or
switch hook again, and you’re all connected.
You won’t be charged a fee to make 3-Way Calls if you are calling
within the US and Canada. If you are calling internationally, your
call will be billed incrementally based on that country rate, but
there will be no extra fee for making the 3-Way Call. For billing
purposes, we treat 3-Way Calls as two separate calls that happen at
the same time.

In-Network Calls
Because Digicall service plans provide unlimited minutes for
calls within the Continental US and Canada, calling another Digicall
subscriber or not, doesn’t increase your monthly fee.
Our Refer-A-Friend program lets everyone get Digicall at a lower
cost – you’ll benefit too! It makes great sense for you to sign up
people you know. If you use our Refer-A-Friend program, you’ll get a
free month of Digicall service and so will the people you refer.

Area
Code Selection
With Digicall, you are no longer tied to your “local area
code”. You can select any area code you want from our list of
available area codes. This means even if you live in New York City,
you can have a California area code.
Even if we don’t offer an area code in your city or town, you can
get exceptional Digicall service and savings today. When we do add
your area code, we’ll give you the option of switching your Digicall
phone number to one with your local area code for free!

Call
Transfer
Call Transfer allows you to direct calls to anywhere you
want in the US and Canada. After you answer a call, you may have
your call transferred to a phone number of your choosing. For
example, your cell phone, your office phone or to any phone number
in the US and Canada. Your calls are transferred immediately and
there is no additional cost to transfer a call.
It’s easy to transfer a call to a third party:
1. Press the Flash button or switch hook, then dial #90.
2. Dial the phone number where you want the call transferred. Then
hit #.
3. Hang up the phone and the transfer will take place.

Call Return
Miss a call? Ring them back with *69.
Call Return, also known as *69, returns your last
incoming call automatically. Just dial *69 and your Digicall service
will dial back the last call made to you. Digicall Call Return
Service is very user friendly.
With Digicall, there are no extra charges to use the Call Return
feature. However, remember that returned calls are treated as an
outgoing call. Therefore, if you are not enrolled in one of our
unlimited plans, overage charges apply to returned calls that exceed
your calling plans allotted monthly minutes.

Caller ID Block
Hide your caller ID with name information from
anyone you call.
Caller ID Block, also known as *67, allows you to block your
identity when you’re making a phone call. Digicall Caller ID Block
(*67) is included with every monthly calling plan.
Activate Caller ID Block on a Per Call Basis. You can activate
Caller ID Block any time you make an outgoing call.
1. Pick up your handset.
2. Listen for the dial tone and press *67.
3. Wait for the dial tone then dial the phone number.
4. If the party you are calling has a telephone with Caller ID with
Name display, your number and name will not appear on their display.

International Call Block
International Call Block works the same as Caller ID
Block without the dialing codes. This feature also blocks unwanted
Directory Assistance calls and is controlled through your Digicall
web account.
Easy Online Activation:
1. Login to your Digicall web account.
2. Click on “Features” tab from the home page.
3. Configure the “International Call Block” option, as you would
like.

Ring Lists
Ring lists let you choose how your incoming calls are answered.
Only Digicall telephone numbers can be entered into a Ring List.
There are three kinds of Ring Lists that are set or changed at will
through your web account:
1. Sequential Dialing – your VOIP number will ring each number you
specify in the exact order of your Ring List. If a number on the
Ring List is in use, the next number on the list will be dialed
immediately.
2. Random Dialing – rings every number in your Ring
List in random order until the call is connected.
3. Group Dialing – rings all the number in your Ring
List simultaneously. The call will connect to the first one that’s
picked up.
