911 Dialing
NOTE: 911 DIALING SERVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED. Remember that
unlike traditional phone lines, Digicall service is portable to
any location with broadband Internet access. Because we don’t
know your actual address, a 911 call would not complete to the
correct Emergency Response Team. For example, you can have a New
York number and receive calls in Texas. You can also take your
equipment with you on a trip, but when you travel, 911 Dialing
would automatically route your call to the local emergency
personnel location for the address on file, not your temporary
location.

Keep Your Phone Number
Keep your existing phone number but change Phone Company!
Transfer Your Number to Digicall when you begin Digicall service, so
your friends, family and business contacts keep dialing your same
phone number.
How To Transfer Your Number To Digicall
1. Go to the Digicall web site and click on New Account.
2. Download a Letter of Authorization
3. Print out the Letter of Authorization. Sign and date the form.
4. Obtain a copy of your most recent phone bill that clearly shows
all of the following:
a. The number you wish transferred.
b. The name on the account.
c. The service delivery address.
5. Fax the completed form and phone bill toll free to
1-609-249-5845.
Note: The name on the Digicall account, phone bill, and Letter of
Authorization must match. You can either update your Digicall web
account or have both signatures on the Letter of Authorization. This
process may take up to twenty (20) days to complete, depending on
your existing service provider.
If you are a DSL Subscriber
DSL subscribers are a special situation because they must keep their
existing phone numbers to maintain a high-speed connection to
Digicall. In this instance, we can assign you a new Digicall number
for you to begin enjoying the benefits of Digicall without delay.
Transferring Your Number - The Timing
Transferring your number will take a minimum of 20 business days
upon receipt of complete and correct paperwork. You may track the
progress of your request through your web account.
What Happens While Your Number Is Being Transferred:
During the number transfer process, we provide you a temporary
number so that you can begin to use our service and all its free
features immediately. This way you will not need to depend on your
former phone company while the transfer takes place. Then, when your
number is transferred, we'll inform you via email and your number
will be transferred seamlessly. Your temporary Digicall number then
will become inactive.
What Happens If Your Number Cannot Be Transferred:
If Digicall cannot transfer your number, you may choose to get a new
Digicall number in your area or elsewhere. Or, you may decide to
keep your existing phone number with minimal service and add another
Digicall number that will help you save big on outgoing calls.
Transfer your cell phone or wireless number
In late 2004, Federal legislation went into effect allowing wireless
phone customers to transfer their numbers to Digicall.

Secure Online Account Management
With Digicall Online Account Management, you're in complete control
of your account. You can access your account 24/7 to check call
activity, view and change your billing information, manage
voicemail, and other features as well as edit your user information.
Because it's available real-time, you have the most accurate and
up-to-date information every time you login.
Your account homepage is the one online location where you can see
all the information you need about your account. The homepage lists
your ten most recent calls both made and received. You'll find
service announcements, and links to account and order information.
You’ll have quick links to Call Forwarding Options and Voicemail
features.
The Activity page lists all calls made and received in the last
seven days. You can view earlier call activity and perform advanced
searches.
The Billing page provides information such as the billing cycle,
next payment date and monthly charges to date. You can access up to
three months of previous billing and an itemized call detail list
that updates within moments of any call activity.
The Voicemail page allows you to manage your messages - even listen
to them online. You can set up email notification for voice messages
and change your Voicemail PIN (Personal Identification Number). The
Account homepage provides account and user information. From this
section you can edit user and billing information as well as your

Network Availability #
Don't miss any calls even if your Internet connection goes
down. Digicall protects you two ways if your
Internet connection fails: Call Forwarding and Network Availability
Number. Whereas the Call Forwarding numbers work anywhere in the
world, Network Availability Numbers are only valid for the US and
Canada.
With the Call Forwarding feature activated, if your Internet
connection fails, or your adapter is disconnected, your calls will
be automatically forwarded using your Call Forwarding settings.
If you don't activate the Call Forwarding feature, and your Internet
connection fails, or the adapter is disconnected, we will forward
all calls to the number you register as your Network Availability
Number.
Your Network Availability Number is similar to Call Forwarding,
except that it's activated only when your Internet connection is
disrupted or your telephone adapter is disconnected.
Calls to your Digicall phone number will forward to the number you
choose until your Internet connection is restored.

Number feature. For Unlimited Plan customers, calls are included as
part of your monthly service. Rated plan customers are included as
well unless if the forwarded call is not within their monthly
allotted minutes.
This feature is included in your Digicall monthly calling plan as an

Calls to Canada

Dialing Canada is easy. There are no special access numbers to dial,
and best of all, no added fees. If you're already a Digicall
customer, you're in luck, Digicall calls to Canada aren't
international or long distance – they’re part of our unlimited plan.
If you don't have one of the Digicall Unlimited plans, and you
exceed your allotted minutes in a given month, then any call you
make to Canada will be charged the low per minute overage charge for
a domestic call. This is exactly the same rate that you would pay
for exceeding domestic US long distance use. So we treat those calls
just like domestic US calls, which saves you money.
If you have an unlimited plan, overage charges do not apply to
Canada or domestic US long distance calls. So call Canada all you
want. With Digicall it's all part of the plan.
