Time to Transfer
Transferring your number will take a minimum of 20 business days
upon receipt of complete and correct paperwork. You may track the
progress of your request through your web account. When your number
is transferred, we’ll inform you an email and your number will be
transferred. Your temporary phone number will become inactive.
If you’re a DSL subscriber
A special situation exists for DSL subscribers because they must
keep their existing phone numbers to maintain a high-speed Internet
connection to Digicall. In this case, you’ll be assigned a temporary
phone number so you can begin using the Digicall service and
features without delay.
